Color Collapse – Privacy Policy

Effective date: 15 October 2026

In short: Color Collapse has no accounts and no servers of its own. Your game progress and settings stay on your device. The app shows optional rewarded ads through Google AdMob. Google may collect data such as your device's advertising ID, IP address and ad interactions to deliver, measure and, where you allow it, personalize ads.

1. Who we are

Color Collapse (the “App”) is a puzzle game for Android and iOS (app ID com.colorcollapse.game). It is developed and published by Bahadır Telef, an individual developer based in Türkiye (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what information is processed when you use the App, who processes it, and the choices you have.

2. Information stored on your device

The App does not require registration, sign-in or any account. It does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, location, camera or microphone.

On Android, the App requests only the permissions it needs for the internet connection used by ads, sound and vibration, plus the advertising-related permissions added by the Google Mobile Ads SDK (see section 3).

To work properly, the App saves the following on your device only:

This information is not sent to us or to any server operated by us. We cannot see it, and it is not linked to your identity. It is deleted when you uninstall the App or clear its data in your device settings.

Your device's operating system may include app data in device backups that you have enabled (for example Android backup to your Google account or iCloud/device backups on iOS). Those backups are handled by Google or Apple under their own terms.

3. Advertising and Google AdMob

The App is free and is supported by rewarded ads from Google AdMob, provided through the Google Mobile Ads SDK. Rewarded ads are optional: an ad is shown only when you choose to watch one, for example to receive a booster. After your consent choice (see section 4), the App may load an ad in advance so it is ready when you ask for it.

When the Google Mobile Ads SDK is active, Google may automatically collect and process information from your device, such as:

Android: where your device supports it, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may also use Android's Privacy Sandbox ad services (such as the Topics and attribution APIs), which you can manage in your device's privacy settings.

Google uses this information to deliver and measure ads, limit how often ads are shown, prevent fraud and abuse, and – where permitted by law and your choices – show personalized ads. Google acts as an independent controller of this data. Details are in Google's disclosures:

iOS: the App does not request App Tracking Transparency permission, so your device's advertising identifier (IDFA) is not available to the App or to Google. Google may still use app- or developer-scoped identifiers and the other information listed above to deliver and measure ads.

We do not receive personal information about you from Google. We only see aggregated reports in our AdMob account, such as the number of ads shown and earnings.

The App uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to ask for consent where the law requires it, for example in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland. Ads are requested only after the consent step has finished and Google reports that ads may be requested. Depending on where you live, the consent message may also let you opt out of the use of your information for personalized advertising.

You can change your choices at any time:

If you do not consent to personalized ads, you may still see non-personalized ads, which are based on context such as the app and your general location rather than your profile. You can always play without watching any ads.

5. Third-party services

The App contains one third-party service that processes data: Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK with the User Messaging Platform), provided by Google LLC and, for users in the EEA/UK, Google Ireland Limited. See the Google Privacy Policy.

The App contains no analytics, crash-reporting, social-login or other tracking SDKs, and it does not connect to any backend operated by us. When you download the App, Google Play or the Apple App Store process information under their own privacy policies.

6. Data sharing and retention

7. Children's privacy

Color Collapse is a general-audience game and is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The App itself does not collect personal information; advertising data is handled by Google as described above. If you believe a child has provided personal information in connection with the App, contact us and we will help where we can.

8. Security

Game data is stored in the App's private storage, which is protected by your device's operating system and its security features. We do not operate servers that store your data. According to Google, data collected by the Google Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. International data processing

We are based in Türkiye, but we do not receive or store your personal data. Google may process advertising data in the United States and other countries where it or its service providers operate, using the safeguards described in the Google Privacy Policy (for example Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers from the EEA and UK).

10. Your rights and contact

Depending on where you live – for example under the EU or UK GDPR, the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), or US state privacy laws – you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal data, to object to or restrict processing, to withdraw consent, and to opt out of targeted advertising.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy, for example when the App's features or advertising partners change. The updated version will be published on this page with a new effective date. If changes are significant, we will also let you know through the App or the store listing where appropriate.
